The Grands Letter (Rev/GLJ)
Gene L. Jeffries, Th.D. on April 10, 2024 6:03 am (CST)Dear Grands,
Revelation 1:7-8, “BEHOLD, HE IS COMING WITH THE CLOUDS,
and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him; and all
the tribes of the earth will mourn over Him. So it is to be. Amen.
8 “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is
and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”
I am usually at my computer quite early. Today was different.
There were situations that hindered the timing of my usual events
– places I needed to go, people I needed to meet –things I needed
to do! You know how it is: “Things” just need your attention; and
there’s no one to stop you, so you just “go and do” what seems
unavoidable and the right thing to do.
It will be just that way when Jesus comes! No radio, no television
announcements, no telephone calls, no emails, no Grands Letter
will be issued. He will suddenly JUST COME! Surrounded by
myriads and myriads of angels, the Trumpet of God will sound,
announcing the visibility of His Son, the LORD Jesus Christ!
Nations everywhere will be stirred to their depths! Thousands of
people will be aroused from sleep. Early morning drivers will
collide, being distracted by the riviting sights and vibrations
emanating from the heavens!
Then, thousands of people—those who have trusted Him—will
miraculously be lifted into the heavens accompanied by angels
as they surrounded the LORD Jesus Christ Himself! Joy will
fill the lives of those being lifted up. They will see and meet
Jesus in His physical, resurrected body.
Whether Jesus’ Coming occurs in the dawn or in daylight, the
importance is that He has come! Important, too, is that you know
Him. The Scripture says,
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart and
do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He
will make your paths straight” (Prov. 3:5-6).
Heartily in Christ Jesus,
(Dado III)
