Dear Grands,

Hebrews 10:37-39, β€œFor yet a little while, and he that shall come will come,

and will not tarry. 38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back,

my soul shall have no pleasure in him. 39 But we are not of them who draw back

unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.”

New Testament writers often draw out Old Testament passages

to support their Christian teachings. Paul is no exception. Here in

Hebrews, he cites Habakkuk 2:4-5, which deals with a probable

Chaldean attack. Paul uses the passage to emphasize the soon

Coming of our LORD Jesus Christ. He encourages us to live by

faith, and not lose heart in the troubles that surround us. We are

to keep on trusting the LORD and His Word and not lose faith.

Every Sunday, Nana and I listen to some of our favorite preachers

(Adrian Rogers, Billy Graham, Robert Jeffress, and Hal Lindsey),

In addition to our pastor, of course. They all have a decided

emphasis on the soon-Coming of Jesus Christ. We all just might

live to be in the coming Rapture of the Church! Keep looking for

Jesus to come and keep witnessing to your lost friends!

We love you each and every one!
